When the two teams headed in opposite directions met on Friday, Roy Williams, the outcome was predictable.
And a wave of injuries made the daunting task even more difficult to visit the Springs Valley Blackhawks.

"It's pretty incredible. I do not think I've ever seen anything like it," said coach Springs Valley Justin Scheller in a conversation before the game.
"This is a big problem. We're going against a team number 2 in the country already. We've just got to go out and play football."
But even with a full complement of players at his disposal doubtful Springs Valley could slow to express Miner.
Undefeated and Class A runner Linton-Stockton exploded for 56 first half points and cruised to a 59-6 victory over the winless Blackhawks.
Five different miners found the end zone in the first 16 minutes.
And the miners were the first team down for the night. Five of the eight points on the first game came after a new set of drops.
